My first important interpreting job (thanks to Barbara!)
In 1999, a few months after starting my freelance career, I had a call from Barbara, who was then a colleague of mine at university and is now an interpreter specialising in the legal and financial sectors, asking me to share a continuing job to be performed at the showroom of one of the companies in Brescia in the Lonati Group, a world leader in the field of circular machines for knitting and hosiery.
Subsequently, I worked, until 2000, also for another Brescia company active in the same field, Sangiacomo SpA. I will always be grateful to Barbara and once again I thank the colleagues with whom, over the years, I have shared interesting assignments and projects, with full trust.
